They wanted to test my handle and after using it they wrote the article praising it plus they did it for FREE. This was about my TERMINATOR WF weight plate model. This one is one of six different handles I have made for the pronation movement of the wrist. This one worked okay but not up to my standards. The one I am testing now is much better.
This is another type of my 3D handle. I made this one so you could wrap your hand around it more. It worked great but it was just too time consuming to make. Only made 3 of them.
This is my TERMINATOR 3D handle, designed for cable or bands. This is my double torsion spring model. It's a great handle. I don't advertise this one much. It just takes too long to make. This is just a standard size handle with no springs or links. But I use 3/4" solid steel for the frame, 2 oversize quality bearings and a fat grip. Extremely smooth. Didn't get much interest in it so I took it off my site.
This was one design I came up with BUT it just didn't do everything I wanted it to do, so I scraped it. Made this one about a year ago. Designed for a cable machine or bands. Designed for toproll or hook practice.
This is another one of my earlier TERMINATOR handles that was designed for weight plates or cable. This was a model I designed to give the person more control for the hand pressure. It had 4 different settings, the further out you attached the link, the easier it was to twist. This one did work well but I thought it would be better to specialize on just a cable handle and a weight plate handle, and I was right.
This one is designed for a young person or someone with a small hand.

Found some old pictures of one of my earlier machines. I used parts from an old nautilus machine and some of mine and this is what I made. It did work good but the 240 pound stack was too heavy, the wood top was too time consuming to make, the big cam was too expensive to buy and it was just too big.

NEW I have moved the weight stack further back in the frame thus giving you more room to put your feet under the table. Weight stacks vary in shape because of different brands.
NEW I now have 24 inches of rollers on the front. Now when you slide across the table or use your weight and slide down on the front of the table, you will just roll on down or slide across without any bruising. The rollers are 100% solid rubber and spin on bearings. They are tuff, even your belt buckle won't damage these things. I was trying to use a cushion (foam) on the front of my machines but after using these rollers I will never go back. This is an idea I took from my TERMINATOR X machine.
NEW I now call my arm wrestling machine the "TERMINATOR". I needed a name for it.
NEW The elbow pad is now 7 x 7 and 2 inches thick just like it should be. The table is 40 inches high and the hand pegs are 36 inches apart. When your on my machine I want you to feel like your on an arm wrestling table.
I have redesigned this part. It is stronger and now has 3 bearings on the end of the jackshaft for smoothness plus it will extend the life of the cable.
NEW The handles now spin on bearings. I use a solid 3/4 inch steel shaft that sits in 2 quality bearings. I then put on a non-slip grip that won't come off. This is an idea I took from my TERMINATOR X machine. **This is now standard equipment**
this is the one I had at the Worlds. NEW "TERMINATOR" arm wrestling table this is my prototype arm wrestling table. Only one like it in the world. Most advanced arm wrestling table in the world. I have had many unique ideas for an arm wrestling table so I put all those ideas in one table. First, this table can be for left or right handers just by swinging the handle all the pads will automatically shift position from right to left(I have made one table that has just this feature and that is in Louisiana). Second, it has 38 inches of solid rubber rollers on the frame so the arm wrestler can slide across or use their weight and slide(roll) down the front of the table with ease. Third, I have made the hand pegs (knurled steel)so they spin in place so the the puller can take a good grip of the handle and as they arm wrestle and move across the table the handle will turn with you so you don't have to loosen your grip and reposition it again. I have a total 28 bearings on this for smoothness. I use 2" x 2" x 3/16" angle steel for the frame so this thing is extremely strong. It won't bend, twist or break when used. It weighs 160 pounds. I will be lending this table to tournaments and showing people and hearing what they have to say about it. I now make these for the fun of it only. Second picture above shows it being used at the Utah Summer Games and we had a full day of matches on it. It took a lot of abuse but all it needed when the games were done was some glass cleaner to get the finger prints off. . I use quality heavy duty parts such as 1" solid steel jackshaft and real greasable bearings as shown.
This is my TERMINATOR X (model 2) I had it at the Tournament of Champions in Hawthorne, Nevada on 8/22/2009.This is the most advanced arm wrestling machine in the world. I got a great response from all the pullers. Everybody liked the unique features it had. This machine you could practice your toproll and hook. I believe this machine is too complex and does too many things. Plus this machine takes a lot more time to build and I would have to sell this for atleast another $1000 and that would be too much. I am still not completely happy with it YET. This will be put in mothe balls for now. My 2010 will have some features from this machine. I am constantly trying new things/ideas. Being tested now. Has 4 different attachment points for the cable machine. I am making this a science for those that are serious about wrist and forearm development. More info coming later. **This handle actually works two different groups of muscles, first being the muscles you use for pulling the handle towards you or across the table, second the wrist and forearm muscles used to twist the handle as you perform the entire motion. I have learned that the strength you use to pull the handle towards you or across the table is different from the strength/resistence you have when you twist the handle. So now you can set the cable machine for you resistance/weight to pull the handle and also adjust the handle itself for the turning/hand pressure using that same weight. Will be coming out with a video soon of this new handle. I do sell these now but I have decided that only 3 holes are needed instead of 4.
These are the ones I had on display at the Worlds in Mesquite Nevada 2010. These are my Stainless Steel models. The frame, plate holder and link are all made of solid stainless steel. This is my personal handle. This handle is to expensive to offer for sale due to the price of stainless steel. The stainless doesn't make it work any better but just cool to have. Well if you want to do wrist curls in style this picture shows the handle you want. For now I will not sell these only because the price of materials and time it takes to make them is to much. I have had many people ask me the selling price of these anyways. I will sell them for $300 each plus shipping and it takes extra time to make since I have to special order the stainless steel and it just takes longer to make because the stainless is a much harder metal to work with as compared to steel. This is what you do to get off the flat grip.
This handle is very unique because it has a 2 torsion springs inside of it. You can just grab the handle with your other hand and spin it (torque it up) to the desired tension you want then have your right hand grab it and exercise. Designed to spin in either direction. This is my newest handle design for my machines November 2011.
New handle design for the TERMINATOR 3D, now has two torsion springs inside of it, plus the springs are new in design themselves.
Still testing this one, This one does have more hand pressure/torque then the original cable only handle. This one will stay on the shelf.
The *new and improved handle* has a special grip cushion tape on it and spins freely on oilite bearings. It is 2.25 inches thick. The angles of the handle are designed to fit the natural shape of the human hand and not cause any unusual pain in the wrist while performing this exercise. I have redesigned the torsion spring inside the handle so the handle is much smoother to twist and the spring is more secure on the inside. As you can see the pin and ring, that is used for the up and down positioning of the handle for different lenghth arms. I have 4 positions for that and each is an inch apart. You will also notice were the cable connects to the back of the handle assemble, that has 7 up or down holes. This is for moving the cable to change your back pressure. You can go from some back pressure to a lot just by moving the cable up or down. Easy to do. That cable is directly connected to the weight stack, so if the weight is increased then the back pressure increases to but only by a certain percentage.
The weight stack has the ability to hold additional weight if the 100 pounds on there isn't enough. The plate holder is a 1 inch thick steel rod mounted on each side (2). It can hold another 100 pounds if needed. **My newer models have only a 100 pound stack(with pegs) because this gives me more movement of the handle which is now needed for my new design**
These handles I no longer make since my newer ones are a step or two better. These have evolved. This was designed to work your wrist and has same torsion spring built inside of handle so you can torque it up first before using it. These models has been replaced by my far superior TERMINATOR WF handles.
John Brzenk liked it so much that he now endorses this handle and it is part of his work-out routine he does on his cable machine at home.

Will fit easily threw a regular size door when handles are taken off. Weight stacks will vary in shape only, because I puchase them from different manufacturers. I have made it as close as possible to be same regulation size just like an arm wrestling table.
