Heavy duty steel construction. Gym quality.
This is my fifth generation model.
Most advanced arm wrestling machine in the world.
I listen to pullers some famous and some not and this machine has what they want.
Frame is welded together for stability and strength.
I use mostly 2"x2"x1/4" thick angle steel for most of frame.
Right or left hand use.
Adjustable handle for different length arms.
The handle is now fatter for better control.
All pulleys are solid steel with replaceable bearing.
Original version has 130+ pounds of steel plates, with the ability to hold 100 more.
Extra thick steel strand cable.
Cable has adjustable turnbuckle for easy cable tension adjustment.
Jackshaft and handle shaft are both made of 1" solid steel.
Actual weight is marked on plates. If you put pin in plate marked 50 you will have about 50 pounds of resistence on the handle.
Cam effect on weight. If you start off with 50 pounds (side pressure)you will end the motion with about 60 pounds of resistence.
There is a stop arm built into the jackshaft so that the handle will stop before it hits the table top, thus preventing any sore fingers.
Unique handle grip design has a stiff torsion spring inside of it. Now when you grab the handle you can twist it as you use it and the torsion resistence all depends on how much of a grip you take of the handle when first grabbing it.
Unique handle design pulls away from you during(back pressure) the complete motion, just like a competitor.
The back pressure of the handle is now adjustable so you can increase it to your personal preference. Some back pressure to a lot of back pressure, you decide 7 positions.
You have back pressure during the full motion of the machine or as you push the handle down to the table top.
Handle pull is directly connected to the weight stack. When weight is increased, the handle pull increases too by a certain percentage.
The angle(s) of the handle is designed to be comfortable and close to the real thing.
Starting position of machine is the handle straight up 90 degrees or losing position 45, 135 degrees. Just pull the pin out and put it in the other hole as marked.
Position of the grips are regulation dimensions. Tabletop is 40" high and hand grips are 39" apart. When your on this machine I want it to feel like your on an arm wrestling table.
This machine is not a toy and is designed for the serious minded person.
The table top is diamond plate (12 gauge, 1/8 inch).
The handle spins on oilite bearings for smoothness and has a special grip tape on it.
Jackshaft bearings (4) are heavy duty steel mount bearings.
NEW Elbow pad is made of 4 layers of firm closed cell foam with vinyl on top and is 2 inches thick. The new size is 7 x7 inches.
NEW It now has 24 inches of solid 100% rubber rollers on the front of the frame and they spin on bearings. The rollers are 2.5 inches thick. Same type as I use on my arm wrestling table. You can now slide across the front or roll down the front on these big rollers without any discomfort.
NEW I have improved some parts to make them better such as the the three bearings on the end of the jackshaft, they are now bigger.
NEW I have moved the weight stack further back in the frame so you have more room for your feet under the table.
NEW The handles now spin freely in bearings. Now you can take a solid grip on the handle and not have to loosen it as you move across the table. Same type that I use on my arm wrestling table.
NEW I now have a total of 21 bearings on my arm wrestling machine for smoothness.
New compact size for easier shipping and more cost effective to make for me.
Machine is now 25.5" by 25.5" and 45" tall when handle is down.
Handles come off for transport. Each held on by two bolts.
Machine will fit threw a normal size doorway such as a house when handles are taken off.
Weight is around 330 pounds. This machine is made to last a long time.
