Yes table time is the best way to get better but there are exceptions to that rule. I have been told many times that to get stronger at arm wrestling you need to arm wrestle someone stronger then you and you might not have that in a partner. Also the person your practicing with might be having a bad day and we all have those. Sometimes you might not have anyone to practice with for many reasons but either way we need practice. With my arm wrestling machine you decide how much resistence you want and that you can measure and keep track of your strength increases. With the 100 pound weight stack and its ability to hold more(100 pounds) this machine will always be stronger then you. This machine is always ready to train, it is just waiting for you to pick the time. *New handle design, 30 degree angle and redesigned torsion spring so handle is smoother. Now your thumb is up higher.

*Now two styles of frames, regular square frame and angle frame which has more room under it for a chair.

                          TERMINATOR HANDLE FOR ARM WRESTLERS
