ARM WRESTLING EXERCISE HANDLES

    These handles are designed for the person serious about arm wrestling or just wants the best tool out there for building wrist and forearm strength. I make this a science when it comes to creating these handles. I am always improving my products. I listen to what pullers have to say and then I put that knowledge back into my handles.

   The TERMINATOR WF WEIGHT PLATE HANDLE only comes with the 2" round grip as shown in pictures.  It now can hold 125 pounds of plates (5-one inch thick 25 pound plates). Not even the HULK could wrist curl 125 pounds. This is my best selling TERMINATOR handle. Pullers that buy this one use it at home, take it to the gym and even keep it under the desk at work.          My TERMINATOR WF CABLE MODEL comes with the 2" round grip and 5 attachment holes for the cable.  When using a handle with a cable attachment you are actually using 2 different muscle groups. One muscle group might be stronger then the other and this handle can work on that. The first muscle group are the ones used for pulling the handle to you or across the table and the second muscle group are the ones in your wrist  and forearm. You think your strong pulling a lot of weight across the table or towards you but you might be weak on twisting your wrist in or even just holding your wrist in that position. With the 5 different holes/attachment points you can increase or decrease the amount of hand pressure/twisting that works for you plus as time goes on you might want to increase your hand pressure as you strength increases. I have seen a lot of guys able to pull a lot of weight across the table BUT not able to twist the handle during the process because there wrists are weak. The first hole is a neutral position with no turning resistence but the rest will increase the hand pressure with the furthest one out (#5) for the person with the grip strength of the Hulk. The 2" grip also gives you the best tight grip for good hand pressure. On all the handles I use a special grip tape (tennis tape) so you have a sticky grip plus when your hand is sweaty you can still get a good grip. Now on both these handles I leave an extra 2" of frame extending past the grip so that in the future you can use one of my new design handles.   This new handle will replace the strap. This handle has a velcro strap so you can strap your hand tight against the grip. Has a rubber pad on the grip. Has 2 adjustments for hand width. Finally, it has an adjustable eyelit for the cable/chain attachment. The further the eyelit is turn out, the harder it is to turn and twist the handle. This handle you adjust to your strength.
